Yes, I’m still here.

And I’m still here to help you stay strong, healthy, and resilient.

Strand Fitness has evolved.

Still here to support people in the middle years and beyond—

just in a new way.

A Message from Pam

For over 20 years, Strand Fitness was dedicated to helping people build strong bodies and strong minds. As a personal trainer and coach, I worked with hundreds of individuals in the middle years and beyond—people who wanted to stay active, capable, and healthy for as long as possible, so they could fully live the lives they envisioned.

That mission hasn’t changed. But my approach has evolved.

Today, I’m continuing that work through a new lens:
Strong Heart Wellness—a natural next chapter that blends movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and nervous system support to help you build true strength and resilience from the inside out.

I no longer offer traditional personal training, but I’m still here to support people in the middle years and beyond in becoming stronger, healthier, and more resilient—so they can meet this chapter of life with clarity, calm, and confidence.

Whether you’ve worked with me in the past, or are just discovering this space, I’d love to stay connected and support you on your journey.
