At age 44, I left my consulting career because I was tired of being tired, and I finally listened to my inner voice telling me there was more to life. My insatiable curiosity about how the body and mind worked and worked together turned into my new career as a personal trainer. Twenty years later, I am still going strong.
And that’s the point, strength (mentally and physically) is essential as we age. It keeps us young!
